Ernest Bejda
Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. In 1997 he completed his legal studies in the Department of Law and Administration at UMCS in Lublin.
After completing his studies, he participated in a prosecutor trainee program in 1997-1999 in Warsaw, which he completed by passing the exam for prosecutors. He worked in the General Customs Inspectorate in Warsaw from 2000 to 2002. In 2000-2004 he participated in an advocate trainee program. After passing the exam for advocates, starting in 2004 he ran his own practice as an advocate. In 2006 he was appointed to be the Deputy Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). He served in this capacity until 2009. In 2010 he was discharged from his service in CBA.
After being discharged from his service in CBA he worked as a counselor-in-law running his own law firm. In December 2015 he became the Acting Head of CBA. On 19 February 2016 he was appointed to be the Head of CBA for a four-year term of office.
