Compliance standards applied by entities of the PZU Group

Direct and indirect subsidiaries of PZU SA and PZU Życie SA (entities of the PZU Group) - having taken into account the rule of proportionality, the scale and specificity of their activities and the differences arising from the provisions of the law applicable to them - have implemented the regulations on the compliance function applicable to PZU SA.

As in PZU SA and PZU Życie SA, the overarching document that defines the standards of conduct in the entities of the PZU Group is the Good Practices of the PZU Group.

Work within the PZU Group requires making difficult decisions and taking responsibility for them. That is why, as in any mature organisation, entities of the PZU Group have adopted Good Practices, which define a set of rules that help to do the right thing in every situation and in compliance with the organisational culture. The Good Practices of the PZU Group are a universal set of rules of conduct and business ethics guidelines.
