In caring for its employees, AIRBUS POLAND Group offers the opportunity to join a group employee life insurance program with PZU Życie S.A.
Starting from September 1, 2026, a new group life insurance program will be launched. The new, flexible offer will allow you and your loved ones to be even better protected against unforeseen events.
Joining the Insurance
There are two possibilities:
Online Insurance Enrollment
Online enrollment is a two-step process:

Step 1 – Fill out the application form.

Step 2 – Enroll in the insurance on mojePZU: www.moje.pzu.pl or in the mobile app.
Traditional Enrollment
Simply fill out the insurance enrollment declaration, selecting the desired options. The completed declaration along with consent for premium deduction should be delivered to the person handling the insurance.

You will fill out the form for the first time
Soon, we will send you an email to the address provided in the form. You will learn from it how to enroll in the insurance.
After filling out the form, you will not receive an email.
If the email did not reach you, check your SPAM folder.

Log in to mojePZU, go to the PZU Offer tab, and select Group Offer. There you will find the group insurance offer and fill out the enrollment declaration. If you do not remember your mojePZU password, use the "remind password" option or call our helpline.
You have an account in mojePZU and you are filling out the form again – within 3 days
After you submitted the first form, we sent a message to the provided email address. In it, you will find information on how to create an account and check the insurance details.
You will fill out the form again and you do not have an account in mojePZU

You do not have an account in mojePZU and you are filling out the form again – within 3 days

If you enter incorrect data into the form, you will have an account in mojePZU.
If there are incorrect data in the form, log in to mojePZU and check if an offer is visible on your account.

If there are incorrect data in the form and you do not have an account in mojePZU, you will not receive any information. In such a situation, fill out the form again after 3 days.

The offer we sent you is no longer active
If the message with the offer to join the group insurance is no longer active, fill out the form again and send us your details. We will send you information with further steps to your email.

Advantages in the new scheme
- Insurance cover applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both in Poland and abroad.
- Waiver of the waiting period for all benefits under the basic PZU Na Życie Plus insurance for employees, their spouses or partners, and adult children who join the scheme within three months of its launch.
- We have extended the critical illness cover to include early-stage cancer (carcinoma in situ), for which an additional benefit is payable.
- Hospital treatment benefit is payable from the first day of your hospital stay.
- We have extended the maximum period for which hospitalisation benefits are payable to 365 days, with hospital stays covered worldwide.
- A benefit is payable in the event of the death of a child, regardless of the child’s age.
- We have extended the health impairment cover to include bodily injuries not listed in the Table of Health Impairments. Just two face-to-face medical consultations confirming the injury are required to receive the benefit.
- Cover also applies to incidents arising from participation in recreational and competitive sports, including recreational participation in combat sports, motor sports and powerboating, air sports, rock climbing or high-altitude mountaineering (above 2,000 metres above sea level), caving, scuba diving using specialist underwater breathing equipment, diving and bungee jumping.
Employees eligible for basic insurance include:
