In caring for its employees, EWL Group offers the opportunity to join a group employee life insurance program with PZU Życie S.A.
Starting from January 1, 2026, a new group life insurance program will be launched. The new, flexible offer will allow you and your loved ones to be even better protected against unforeseen events.
Joining the Insurance
There are two possibilities:
Online Insurance Enrollment
Online enrollment is a two-step process:

Traditional Enrollment
Simply fill out the insurance enrollment declaration, selecting the desired options. The completed declaration along with consent for premium deduction should be delivered to the person handling the insurance.

Log in to mojePZU, go to the PZU Offer tab, and select Group Offer. There you will find the group insurance offer and fill out the enrollment declaration. If you do not remember your mojePZU password, use the "remind password" option or call our helpline.

Advantages in the new scheme
- You can receive financial support if you experience health problems caused by a serious illness (e.g. malignant cancer or heart attack).
- We provide insurance coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You can receive funds to be used for further diagnosis or treatment of malignant cancer in its early stages.
- Benefit for your child's hospital stay – due to illness or accident.
- You can receive financial support in the event of an accident that results in health impairment. Who can take out insurance
- You can receive benefits in the event of the death of a loved one.
- If you pass away, we will pay the money from the policy to your loved ones, as specified in the contract – without inheritance proceedings and without paying inheritance and gift tax.
- Financial support if your child falls ill with one of 26 serious diseases (including malignant tumours and neuroborreliosis).
- You can receive financial support after hospital treatment due to an accident or illness
Employees eligible for basic insurance include:

Coverage for a Child package
Benefits of the insurance:
- Broader financial protection for employees in case of unforeseen events.
- In the event of a child's health impairment or serious illness (e.g., malignant cancer, neuroborreliosis, sepsis), the parent will receive funds that can be used for any purpose, such as additional medical consultations.
- If a child is hospitalized due to an accident or illness, the parent will receive a benefit for each day of hospitalization. These funds can help cover costs such as travel expenses to the hospital.
Support for the family
Benefits of the insurance:
- Broader financial security for employees in the event of unforeseen life events.
- Additional financial resources for loved ones in the event of death of the insured caused by an accident, a traffic accident or an accident at work.
- High benefits for a relatively low premium. We will pay up to PLN 450,100 in the event of death caused by a traffic accident at work – and the premium is PLN 15 per month.
- The death of a household member often results in the loss of part or even all of the family's income. The insurance payout can help to pay off financial obligations or cover current bills.
Cancer Support Package
- Broader financial protection for employees in case of unforeseen events.
- In the event of a malignant cancer diagnosis, the insured will receive funds that can be used for any purpose, such as additional medical consultations or non-reimbursed pharmacological therapy. We provide benefits not only for the diagnosis of cancer but also for treatments such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
- We also offer financial support in case of an early-stage malignant cancer diagnosis, known as in situ.
- If you want coverage for 29 PLN, you need to choose two premiums of 12 and 17 PLN.
Accident Support Package
- In the event of permanent health impairment or bone fracture, the employee and their loved ones can receive funds that can be used for any purpose, such as additional rehabilitation.
- We will provide a benefit to the employee and their loved ones in case of a bone fracture, even if the fracture does not result in permanent health impairment.
In case of an Accident
Benefits of the proposed offer
- Broader financial security for the employee in the event of an accident in everyday life, including fire, electric shock, gas explosion, as well as during sports activities such as jogging or cycling.
- The employee may receive financial support in the event of burns, bone fractures and permanent disability.
- Financial support for the employee's loved ones if they are no longer there as a result of an accident.
