What does the Client Ombudsman deal with at PZU

I deal with the most difficult cases that cannot be handled according to the standard claims procedure or require additional legal or expert opinions.

I also support the clients of PZU in clarifying complex and multifaceted cases. I take care that all actions of PZU take into account the client's perspective and I propose solutions that satisfy both parties.

Accepts reports in respect of infringements of human rights in the PZU Group.
Any stakeholder who considers that his/her human rights or the rights of other stakeholders have been infringed by an entity of the PZU Group may report it to the following e-mail address: or to the mailing address: Client Ombudsman, Rondo Daszyńskiego 4, 00-843 Warsaw, Poland.
