New functionalities of the Procurement Platform
In February 2020, we launched the PZU Group Procurement Platform for Suppliers of our Companies. We started then working in its first module making it possible to create and manage the database of our Business Partners.
Thanking you for the involvement in the registration process to date, we would like to inform you that since 20 August, this year, further functional modules have been implemented in the PZU Procurement Platform, offering you the following opportunities:
- quick and simple access to received requests for proposals
and received requests for information;
- optimization of the process of submitting proposals procurement procedures
- contacting PZU representatives through the system;
- participation in electronic auctions organized by the Companies;
- 24/7 management of your own data.
Today, extended functionalities are available in the procurement areas of real property
and administration. They will be successively launched in the remaining procurement areas soon and we will inform you about it on an ongoing basis.
Please read the new Rules and Regulations of the PZU Procurement Platform (the document is also available at the Procurement Platform and please accept it there).
Provisions of the Rules and Regulations have been updated in connection with the new functionalities in the Procurement Platform.
We would also like you to familiarize with the instruction materials made available below about working in the new, extended version of the system.
