PZU has updated the Human Rights Policy within the PZU Group. Additionally, the PZU Group has implemented a procedure for preventing human rights violations against stakeholders.
The process is overseen by the Director of the Sustainable Development Office at PZU SA.
Any stakeholder who believes that their human rights or the rights of other stakeholders have been violated by a PZU Group entity is entitled to report such circumstances and may contact the PZU Customer Ombudsman.
What does the Customer Ombudsman at PZU do?
The Ombudsman handles the most complex cases that cannot be resolved through the standard complaint procedure or require additional legal or expert opinions.
The Customer Ombudsman also accepts reports concerning human rights violations within the PZU Group.
Reports can be submitted:
in writing to the Customer Ombudsman at: Rondo Daszyńskiego 4,
by email to: rzecznikklienta@pzu.pl
via the PZU website: Rzecznik Klienta (pzu.pl)
You can read more about the observance of human rights in the chapter on Sustainable Development, which is part of the Management Board Report on the Activities of the PZU Capital Group and PZU SA.
